Suky Sodhi
As Founder and President of PSI, Ms. Sodhi is deeply involved in all strategic client relationships and oversees day-to-day operations. She brings over 20 years of international staffing and recruiting experience to our clients.
From 1991 to 1999, Ms. Sodhi worked for a national independent firm in the UK. Within that role, she initially focused on high volume industrial staffing and later transitioned to direct recruiting for sales and senior executive leadership in the strategic IT niche. From there, Ms. Sodhi became a retained search consultant fulfilling international senior level search assignments.
In 2005, Ms. Sodhi relocated the headquarters of Professional Selection to Toronto, Canada and has since built one of North America’s most respected Recruitment to Recruitment Search Agencies.
When outside of work, Suky is an avid runner, enjoys yoga, and spending time reading both for fun and business. She also enjoys traveling, studying history and experiencing new and different cultures.
